When you order a GI-MAP™ test kit, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. We do not have access to your test results — these are processed directly by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory and shared only with you and your designated healthcare practitioner.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information solely to process and ship your GI-MAP™ test kit order, communicate with you about your order status, and send marketing communications if you have opted in. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Health Data
Your stool sample and test results are handled exclusively by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory under their own privacy and data protection policies. We do not store, access, or process any health data or test results.
